Overview
Activant Solutions provides web-based tools to help sales reps become more effective in selling profitable business and providing superior customer service. These tools are web-based, making them accessible through any Internet connection, using either a desktop PC, laptop PC, or a handheld Pocket PC.

SalesFORCE Notification [View handout] [Use this tool]

Activant Stanpak SalesFORCE Notification extends access to customer information to your sales staff in the field using mobile, wireless devices including Notebooks, Pocket PCs, and Palm PDAs. Web pages are scaled to fit each device. Each sales person has his own login and password and sees only his own orders, backorders, order changes, messages and customer contacts. Instead of your sales staff constantly calling your office to get information on orders, stock status, back orders, and just staying in touch to pick up messages, you sales staff can now review customer and territory information on the Internet from home on their PC. [Platforms supported: PC, PocketPC, Palm] Other information includes:

SalesFORCE Web OE [View handout] [Use this tool]

Activant Stanpak SalesFORCE Web Order Entry offers an inexpensive and easy way to implement Web order entry services to your sales staff at home or on the road. We automatically create a custom BCBI web page for each customer, showing the items previously purchased and a full listing of all stocked products organized by category. Your salesman selects the customer and enters the order. SalesFORCE WebOE offers your sales staff the following features:
- Multiple Ship-To addresses per customer
- Multiple units of measure per item
- Listing of all the products previously purchased by category with last sell and YTD sell information
- Complete listing of stocked products from your item file
- The ability to find and add new items to orders from the product listing by category
- Ability to see cost and enter or adjust sell prices

Sales staff can enter their orders at home on a PC connected to the Internet or in the field on mobile, wireless devices including Notebooks and Pocket PCs. Our servers match the size of the pages to fit the device. [Platforms supported: PC, PocketPC]
SalesFORCE Proforma Review [Use this tool]

Sales people are able to review their Proformas on their PCs at home on the Internet. They can approve orders, noting any changes and adding notes when appropriate. These recommended changes are e-mailed back to the office for appropriate action. Billings are speeded up by allowing sales staff to approve Proformas from home after hours, allowing more time to sell. [Platforms supported: PC]
System Requirements
SalesFORCE Web Tools are web-based. This means that you run them using a Web Browser and a standard Internet connection. There is no additional software to install on your PC or Pocket PC. The PC-version is optimized to run on the following:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or later
- Screen resolution of 800 X 600 pixels or greater
The Pocket PC-version has been tested with Pocket PC 2002 running Pocket Internet Explorer.
